What is the VIP Extra Mile Club?
The VIP Program is a Frank Motors exclusive loyalty rewards program designed to give added value to our customers. With each Parts and Service purchase at Frank Toyota, Hyundai, or Scion, you accrue VIP Dollars, which can be used at a future time towards other parts and service purchases. Also by performing the required maintenance on your vehicle here at Frank, you will accrue added value on your vehicle when you trade it in on another vehicle at Frank.
Each VIP member has their own secure website where they can see their vehicle’s service history, VIP Service Dollars accrued, and VIP Points for their vehicle’s trade in value. You can print a voucher right from your computer to redeem your accrued VIP Service Dollars. Additionally from this site you can request a service appointment and your appointment will be posted on your website. You can also view your vehicle’s maintenance schedule.
When you purchase a Toyota, Scion, or Hyundai at Frank Motors you are automatically enrolled in the VIP Extra Mile Club and begin earning rewards immediately.
